What you'll do

  • Configure and troubleshoot Okta single sign-on integrations for new applications
  • Manage Mac OS fleet using Jamf to ensure security and optimal performance
  • Automate user onboarding and offboarding workflows using vendor APIs
  • Build policies and scripts for SaaS services including Google Workspace, Slack, and Zendesk
  • Provide operational support including troubleshooting, log analysis, and performance optimization
  • Participate in on-call rotation to respond to critical incidents and escalations
