What you'll do

  • Configure Single Sign-On with Okta and resolve related authentication issues
  • Manage Mac OS fleet operations and security using Jamf
  • Create and update documentation for supported enterprise applications
  • Execute user identity lifecycle management including provisioning and deprovisioning
  • Develop automated onboarding and offboarding workflows using vendor APIs
  • Provide operational support including troubleshooting, account management, and log analysis
