What you'll do
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair Tablo Dialysis Systems at customer facilities and patient homes

- Provide first and second-level technical support with after-hours and weekend coverage availability
- Document service activities in ERP system and manage spare parts inventory and expense reporting
- Serve as technical subject matter expert, supporting customers and internal stakeholders
- Deliver feedback to R&D on product performance, serviceability, and customer needs
