Outset Medical seeks a Field Service Engineer II to install, maintain, and repair the Tablo Dialysis System across clinical and home settings. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with customer interaction, requiring 5+ years of field service experience and knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and fluidic systems. Extensive US travel is required.
What you'll do
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair Tablo Dialysis Systems at customer facilities and patient homes
- Perform preventative maintenance including calibrations, hardware/software upgrades, and system verification
- Provide first and second-level technical support, including after-hours and weekend coverage
- Document all service activities in ERP systems and manage spare parts inventory
- Serve as subject matter expert on Tablo product for internal and external stakeholders
- Collect field feedback and provide detailed performance insights to R&D and cross-functional teams
