About this role

An Industrial Engineer I will analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to reduce waste and boost productivity, working across production schedules, equipment layouts, and workflow improvements. The role involves conducting time studies, supporting Lean initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a regulated manufacturing environment.

What you'll do

  • Review production schedules, engineering specs, and process flows to understand manufacturing methods and identify inefficiencies
  • Execute time studies to distinguish value-added from non-value-added activities in production
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and development engineers on equipment and process improvements
  • Support Lean Manufacturing programs including 6S, Standard Work, and Value Stream Mapping initiatives
  • Present findings and develop improvement proposals to leadership
  • Ensure facility compliance with quality management systems and workplace safety standards
