What you'll do

  • Conduct Time Study Analysis to distinguish value-added from non-value-added activities and present improvement recommendations
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and R&D teams to identify equipment and workspace layout improvements
  • Develop systems, processes, and procedures supporting the Industrial Engineering function
  • Lead Lean Manufacturing training and implementation programs across the organization
  • Mentor junior Industrial Engineers and ensure compliance with QMS and regulatory standards
