About this role

Enterprise IT Systems Engineer managing end-user infrastructure and device management across Windows and Mac environments. Lead endpoint development, MDM implementation, and advanced troubleshooting while mentoring support staff and collaborating with IT teams to maintain operational excellence.

What you'll do

  • Lead endpoint development and implementation activities, including hardware provisioning and OS configurations
  • Design and manage MDM solutions (Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune) for device enrollment, policy enforcement, and Mac fleet management
  • Develop and enforce access policies using Active Directory, Entra ID, group policies, MFA, and RBAC for security compliance
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for complex Windows and Mac hardware, software, networking, and enterprise system integration issues
  • Automate software installation, configuration, and routine tasks using PowerShell, Python, or AppleScript scripting
  • Mentor IT support staff, manage vendor relationships, and oversee infrastructure lab for client systems initiatives
