About this role
PCT is a talent partner connecting exceptional engineers with early-stage, venture-backed startups seeking founding engineers to build products from the ground up. You'll join small technical teams with significant autonomy, shape technical direction, and have outsized impact on product and company trajectory alongside founders.
What you'll do
- Build and launch core products and features from zero to one
- Make foundational architecture and technology decisions that influence company scaling
- Work across the full stack based on product and business needs
- Partner with founders and customers to translate ideas into working products
- Establish engineering practices, systems, and standards as the team grows
- Contribute to hiring and building the engineering organization
