About this role

PCT is seeking Infrastructure Engineers to join venture-backed technology companies at various stages, from early-stage startups to scale-stage organizations. You'll design and operate cloud infrastructure, improve system reliability and performance, build internal developer platforms, and establish infrastructure best practices across a portfolio of high-growth companies.

What you'll do

  • Design, build, and operate scalable cloud and production infrastructure systems
  • Improve reliability, availability, performance, and efficiency of production systems
  • Develop internal platforms and tooling to enhance developer productivity and deployment velocity
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, observability, monitoring, and incident-response systems
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and operational workflows
  • Establish infrastructure architecture, standards, and operational best practices
