Network Sales Engineer

About this role

This Network Sales Engineer role requires a technical expert to bridge product knowledge with customer engagement across Northern California, Oregon, and Washington. You’ll provide technical guidance, conduct training, and collaborate with sales teams to drive customer value and product adoption, operating as a key point of contact for EtherWAN products and applications. The role demands strong communication and presentation skills, along with a proactive approach to understanding industry trends and customer needs.

What you'll do

• Conduct EtherWAN product training and communicate its value proposition.
• Manage field engagements with sales and development resources.
• Provide technical support, network audits, and product recommendations.
• Develop training materials and conduct in-person/web-based training sessions.
• Research and author technical papers.
• Use CRM to log support cases and customer information.
