About this role

Build and maintain the foundational data infrastructure that powers analytics across Podium, a rapidly growing AI agent platform. You'll design semantic data models on Snowflake and dbt while mentoring analysts and data scientists, bridging the gap between technical implementation and business impact.

What you'll do

  • Design and implement semantic data warehouse layers using Snowflake and dbt
  • Architect scalable data solutions for agentic processes and cross-functional analytics
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data practices and infrastructure
  • Mentor Data Analysts and Data Scientists on version control and best practices
  • Support Sales Operations and internal Analytics teams with foundational data tooling
  • Build secure, scalable data interfaces for both human and AI consumption

  • SQL (3+ years, Snowflake preferred)
  • Python (2+ years)
  • Git version control (2+ years)
  • dbt and Snowflake (desired)
  • Data modeling and semantic layer design
  • Understanding of AI/agentic data interactions
  • Technical documentation and communication
  • Business logic translation to data architecture
