About this role

Braintrust seeks Developer Support Engineers to provide technical support for their AI observability platform, helping developers troubleshoot API and SDK issues while collaborating with Engineering to resolve bugs and improve the developer experience.

What you'll do

  • Diagnose and resolve API and SDK issues in customer Python or TypeScript codebases
  • Reproduce bugs, identify root causes, and partner with Engineering on fixes
  • Manage support communications via Slack and email with empathy and technical clarity
  • Create and maintain knowledge base documentation to prevent future blockers
  • Identify and propose improvements to developer experience and support workflows
  • Participate in on-call rotations for critical customer issues
