About this role

Podium seeks a Full Stack Software Engineer to own features end-to-end on their AI agent platform, which serves 60,000+ local businesses. You'll work in a fast-paced startup environment, leveraging AI coding tools to ship product quickly while collaborating across engineering, product, and business teams.

What you'll do

  • Own features from design through production deployment
  • Influence system architecture and technical decisions
  • Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders
  • Maintain system reliability and performance at scale
  • Mentor teammates through code review and knowledge sharing
  • Stay current with AI trends and emerging technologies

  • Full stack development (4+ years production experience)
