About this role

We're seeking an IT Support Engineer to be the primary technology presence in our Redwood City office, managing end-user support, identity and access management, collaboration platforms, and networking infrastructure. You'll combine hands-on technical troubleshooting with a focus on AI-driven automation to reduce ticket volume and amplify team impact.

What you'll do

  • Provide technical support for MacOS and Windows devices and manage full device lifecycle from procurement to decommission
  • Administer Okta identity provider including user provisioning, SSO app configuration, and Okta Workflows automation
  • Manage Slack, Microsoft 365, and on-premises Active Directory for collaboration and access control
  • Maintain networking infrastructure including Cisco Meraki access points, switches, and FortiGate firewalls
  • Manage Zoom Rooms and AV conference room technology, ensuring meeting spaces are event-ready
  • Build automation scripts and workflows using PowerShell, Python, or Okta Workflows to streamline onboarding, offboarding, and repetitive IT tasks
