Designated Services Engineer (Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM - Midnight MST)
About this role
Everpure seeks a Designated Services Engineer to serve as the technical anchor for strategic accounts, managing complex infrastructure issues on the Everpure Platform. You'll combine troubleshooting expertise with relationship management, proactively ensuring customer success while collaborating with Engineering and Account teams.
What you'll do
- Act as primary technical contact for named strategic accounts, providing architectural guidance and proactively identifying system risks
- Lead end-to-end troubleshooting of high-impact incidents across hardware, software, and environmental variables
- Represent customer needs in internal engineering reviews and conduct high-stakes escalation calls
- Mentor junior engineers and develop technical documentation (FAQs/KBs) for the global knowledge base
- Own support ticket lifecycle from intake through resolution, maintaining accountability for response time and satisfaction KPIs
- Translate technical challenges into business-impact language for executive stakeholders

- Storage Area Networks (SAN) administration
- Fibre Channel, Ethernet, IP, and iSCSI protocol troubleshooting

- Executive-level technical communication and business translation
- Multi-priority project and case management
- On-call rotation and shift flexibility
