About this role
Everpure seeks a Hardware Engineer (MTS3) to lead the design validation and optimization of high-performance storage solutions for hyperscale data centers. You'll drive end-to-end qualification, debug complex hardware-firmware interactions, and collaborate with customers and manufacturing partners to deliver production-ready systems that maximize density and cost-efficiency.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute comprehensive hardware design validation projects with hyperscale customers and ODM/JDM partners
- Perform root-cause failure analysis and resolve electrical, thermal, and firmware-hardware integration issues
- Evaluate high-speed interfaces (PCIe, Ethernet, Serial Busses) and optimize thermal cooling trade-offs
- Partner across software, operations, and manufacturing teams to integrate storage technologies into platform architectures
- Develop automated qualification frameworks and testing processes to improve platform consistency
- Mentor team members and establish engineering best practices
