About this role
Join Everpure's Digital Experience Insights team as a Machine Learning Engineer to productionize ML models and build the scalable pipelines, infrastructure, and monitoring systems that keep them running reliably in production. You'll balance model development with the core work of shipping models at scale, adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-moving analytics organization.
What you'll do
- Take machine learning models from prototype to production, building reliable and scalable pipelines for training, serving, and inference
- Design and maintain data pipelines, feature stores, and workflow orchestration to ensure models receive clean, timely, well-tested inputs
- Build monitoring systems for model performance, data drift, and pipeline health, and respond to incidents when issues arise
- Develop and validate machine learning models and statistical approaches, collaborating with data scientists on model design
- Work cross-functionally with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Software Engineers to translate business questions into technical solutions
- Work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with company policies

- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
