About this role
Everpure seeks a Platform Services Engineer to design, build, and operationalize repeatable product services for installation, upgrades, and lifecycle management across global deployments. You'll partner with Product Engineering and Delivery teams to create scalable service frameworks, automation, and operational procedures that ensure consistent, efficient service delivery at enterprise scale.
What you'll do
- Design and build repeatable product-attached services for installation, upgrades, lifecycle management, and decommissioning (IMACD)
- Develop service automation, tooling, runbooks, and operational procedures to improve consistency and quality
- Define service readiness criteria, documentation, and enablement assets before global product releases
- Review software releases to identify critical updates and impact on existing service offerings
- Support Delivery teams and Global Delivery Centers with operational guidance and enablement materials
- Continuously improve services through automation, simplification, and standardization to reduce delivery variation
