About this role
Join Everpure's Hyperscale Product Escalations team as a Senior Software Engineer (Forensics) to diagnose and resolve critical distributed systems failures for hyperscale cloud storage deployments. You'll drive root-cause investigations, build predictive health automation, collaborate directly with hyperscaler partners, and influence multi-million dollar account success while helping shape the future of AI-driven storage infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Investigate complex distributed system failures using memory dumps, telemetry, and low-level code analysis across platform and firmware layers
- Design and deploy automated diagnostic tools, health-monitoring services, and AI-assisted workflows to prevent recurring failure patterns
- Partner with hyperscale customer engineering teams to resolve deep integration challenges and unlock expansion opportunities
- Translate escalation findings into long-term engineering improvements and drive fixes through core product roadmaps
- Reduce manual triage time through automation and predictive monitoring across growing global deployment fleets
- Communicate complex failure modes into clear technical action plans for cross-functional teams and external leadership
