Applied AI Engineer, Fullstack

About this role

Ramp seeks a fullstack AI engineer to design and build polished, data-intensive customer-facing experiences for financial intelligence features. You'll own the frontend (React/TypeScript) while collaborating on APIs and backend systems, leveraging AI coding models as a core development tool to ship agentic analysis, FP&A, and book-close workflows.

What you'll do

• Design and ship end-to-end customer-facing AI experiences from React UI through backend APIs
• Build BI-quality interfaces for agentic analysis, FP&A, and month-end close workflows
• Manage complex client-side state and rendering in data-heavy, real-time, agent-driven surfaces
• Partner on API and backend design to align the full stack with product needs
• Leverage AI coding models and agentic workflows as core development practices
• Own product experiences through ambiguity and ship polished, production-grade results
