About this role
Ramp seeks an experienced frontend engineer to lead the development and enhancement of their marketing website, building interactive experiences and maintaining design systems that showcase their fintech platform. You'll collaborate closely with designers and growth teams to drive engagement through A/B testing and implement complex projects that establish Ramp.com as an industry standard.
What you'll do
- Lead implementation of complex frontend projects for Ramp's marketing site and brand presence
- Maintain and enhance the design system and component library in collaboration with designers
- Create interactive experiences and animations that drive user engagement
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages in partnership with paid ads and growth teams
- Design and implement solutions independently when design resources are constrained
- Own the design-to-code workflow and ensure responsive, accessible implementations
