About this role
Join Ramp's Production Engineering team to build and operate mission-critical infrastructure handling billions in financial transactions. You'll own systems end-to-end across compute, storage, messaging, and observability while partnering with product teams to drive reliability and scale across the organization.
What you'll do
- Build and operate critical infrastructure handling real financial transactions at scale
- Drive architectural solutions to reliability and scalability challenges across the engineering organization
- Partner with product teams during design phases to embed best practices and golden paths
- Own systems end-to-end and make consequential technical decisions
- Lead the shift to cellular architecture to enable international scale and regulatory compliance
- Establish patterns and standards that become the foundation for company-wide development
