About this role

Realtor.com® seeks a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join their Austin engineering team, owning end-to-end features across backend microservices, APIs, frontend, and DevOps for a leading real estate platform. You'll work on high-impact consumer products spanning new construction listings, mortgage/financial services, or rental marketplaces while maintaining production reliability and driving technical excellence.

What you'll do

  • Design and build full-stack features and partner integrations across backend services, APIs, frontend interfaces, and cloud infrastructure
  • Write well-tested, production-ready code and establish test automation standards (unit, integration, E2E) within an engineering-owned quality model
  • Own operational quality, observability, and reliability of services through SLO setting, monitoring, alerting, and incident response
  • Ensure data integrity, secure engineering practices, and compliance-aware design when handling sensitive consumer and financial data
  • Drive project delivery with personal ownership of scope, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies
  • Champion AI-assisted development tools and modern workflows to optimize team productivity
