About this role

Sierra, a leading AI agent platform, is seeking a Web Developer to own the frontend across their product and marketing surfaces. You'll build CMS infrastructure, drive growth through experimentation, and ensure performance and accessibility are first-class across all customer-facing web experiences.

What you'll do

  • Own frontend development for both the core product interface and customer-facing marketing website
  • Design and implement CMS infrastructure using Sanity to enable self-serve content management for non-technical teams
  • Partner with marketing and sales to implement analytics, experimentation, and conversion-focused features
  • Build and optimize localization and internationalization systems for multilingual support
  • Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals, media optimization, and page performance metrics
  • Champion accessibility standards including semantic markup, keyboard navigation, and WCAG compliance
