About this role
Reality Defender seeks a mid-level Software Engineer II to build and maintain Microsoft Teams bot applications with real-time audio and video capabilities. You'll work with C#/.NET, develop Windows services, manage Kubernetes deployments, and solve low-latency media streaming challenges for a cybersecurity platform protecting against AI-generated media threats.
What you'll do
- Design and develop Microsoft Teams bot applications with real-time audio/video streaming features
- Build Windows-based services and applications using C# and .NET with focus on low latency and reliability
- Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot containerized applications in Kubernetes environments
- Diagnose and resolve media issues including codecs, synchronization, buffering, and packet loss
- Integrate with Microsoft APIs, SDKs, authentication systems, and cloud services
- Create automated tests, conduct code reviews, and produce technical documentation
