Solutions Engineer
About this role
Reducto seeks an early-stage Solutions Engineer to bridge customer needs with product capabilities, combining technical expertise in Python, Kubernetes, and infrastructure with hands-on implementation work. You'll enable enterprise customer success through demos, proof-of-concepts, and system architecture guidance while providing critical feedback to shape product direction.
What you'll do
- Deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts tailored to customer environments
- Design and advise on system architecture and data integration strategies for enterprise clients
- Write scripts and code to help customers leverage Reducto's APIs, connectors, and dashboards
- Collaborate with customers, support, and engineering to identify and implement high-impact improvements
- Provide feedback to product and infrastructure teams on usability gaps and market opportunities
- Work with founders and key customers to shape product strategy and engineering roadmap
