About this role

Reflection AI seeks an experienced IT Engineer to manage operational support, security initiatives, and infrastructure across a growing AI research organization. You'll handle user support, design IT systems, oversee SaaS platforms, and lead office buildouts while working autonomously with minimal oversight.

What you'll do

  • Handle day-to-day Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support requests from executives, engineers, and non-technical staff
  • Design and implement IT systems including MDM, SSO, and ticketing solutions to improve operational efficiency
  • Manage user provisioning and offboarding through Rippling and Okta with automated workflows
  • Support IT Security rollouts including hardware security keys and device posture attestation
  • Oversee SaaS platform administration and spend management across the organization
  • Plan and coordinate office buildouts by defining requirements and managing AV, networking, and security equipment installations

  • Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support (5+ years)
  • macOS and Windows device management; Linux experience valued
  • Okta SSO configuration and SaaS integration
  • Rippling and user identity management
  • MDM solutions (Jamf, Kandji, or JumpCloud)
  • Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and Linear administration
  • Customer-facing communication across diverse technical levels
  • Problem-solving with minimal guidance
