About this role

Relativity Space seeks a Launch Integration Engineer II to author vehicle processing procedures and lead hands-on build/test operations for the Terran R rocket at Cape Canaveral. You'll develop work instructions, support first-article builds, coordinate across teams, and drive process improvements to enable reliable launches and eventual high-cadence reuse operations.

What you'll do

  • Author vehicle processing flows, work instructions, and test procedures from receiving through launch operations
  • Provide hands-on floor support during builds and tests, troubleshoot issues in real time, and incorporate technician feedback
  • Coordinate across design, supply chain, production, and test teams to ensure part readiness and schedule alignment
  • Support first-article builds with focus on repeatability and quality while developing scalable processes
  • Drive continuous improvement in hardware flow and process discipline
  • Contribute to long-term manufacturing systems including tooling strategies, ERP/MES workflows, and documentation standards
