Industrial Warehouse Engineer

About this role

Fluidstack seeks an Industrial Warehouse Engineer to design and optimize warehouse operations for AI infrastructure data centers scaling to gigawatt capacity. You'll build workflows, conduct time-motion studies, model facility layouts, and partner with software teams to create efficient warehouse systems from the ground up across multiple sites.

What you'll do

• Design pick, pack, receiving, and RMA workflows optimized for travel distance, throughput, and dock-to-floor time
• Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard work procedures and training protocols
• Model rack, dock, and staging layouts balancing throughput with real estate costs
• Create process documentation and standard work instructions enabling new sites to reach full productivity quickly
• Partner with WMS and inventory management system teams to align software with physical workflows
• Identify operational inefficiencies through site observation and data analysis
