About this role

Relay is hiring a Solutions Engineer Intern for Summer 2027 to support technical pre-sales and solution delivery for their operational communications platform. You'll shadow experienced SEs, help configure solutions, document technical resources, and own a meaningful intern project while receiving mentorship and career development.

What you'll do

  • Shadow customer discovery sessions and document operational workflows, pain points, and technical requirements
  • Support product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and customer technical reviews
  • Create documentation including solution diagrams, API usage guides, and troubleshooting resources
  • Research and organize technical information for RFIs, RFPs, and security discussions
  • Own and present a scoped summer project improving SE processes or enablement resources
  • Translate customer needs into Relay platform configurations and solution designs
