RELEX is seeking a Product Engineer to join their expanding Manufacturing engineering team in Atlanta, GA. This role combines technical expertise with direct customer interaction, focusing on deploying and optimizing RELEX solutions for US-based manufacturers. You'll be instrumental in driving measurable business outcomes by owning deployments from initial requirements through to production.
What you'll do
- Gathering and defining customer requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Configuring RELEX solutions, developing plugins, and building integrations using Python and SQL.
- Collaborating with central engineering to improve the core product based on customer feedback.
- Monitoring and delivering on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Engaging directly with customers at all levels, from executives to production teams.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with forecasting models and recommending improvements.
