About this role
Replit is hiring a Support Engineer I to work weekends (Saturday-Wednesday) in Foster City, providing technical support to developers using their AI-powered coding platform. You'll handle customer issues via Zendesk, debug platform problems, maintain knowledge resources, and escalate bugs to engineering while meeting performance metrics.
What you'll do
- Resolve customer technical issues and product bugs through support tickets while meeting volume and resolution time targets
- Triage and escalate bugs to the engineering team with clear documentation
- Build and maintain the Support team's knowledge base and documentation
- Communicate with customers during platform outages and incidents
- Collaborate with support team to gather user feedback and improve the product
- Work independently on troubleshooting and problem-solving across the Replit platform
