Software Engineer, Founders Initiatives
About this role
Retell AI seeks a Software Engineer to join its Founders Initiatives team, building production-grade AI systems and automations that power hiring, sales, operations, and scaling. You'll work cross-functionally with founders on high-impact infrastructure spanning HR, security, compliance, and operations—at the intersection of applied AI and full-stack engineering.
What you'll do
- Build AI systems to extract structured signals from resumes and predict interview success and role fit
- Design AI recruiter workflows for candidate screening, qualification, and personalized outbound engagement
- Develop automation for customer security workflows including BAAs, DPAs, and contract review processes
- Automate security questionnaire and compliance response generation for enterprise readiness
- Create operational infrastructure tools for accounts receivable and finance-related workflow automation
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, GTM, and operations teams on highest-priority company challenges
