About this role
Rho is seeking an IT Engineer to serve as the primary technology support backbone for their San Francisco office and distributed team. You'll manage device lifecycle, identity systems, office infrastructure, and IT operations while building scalable processes for a high-growth fintech startup.
What you'll do
- Provide primary IT support for employees across hardware, software, access, and troubleshooting
- Own device lifecycle management for macOS and Windows including provisioning, MDM, and secure offboarding
- Administer identity and SaaS systems like SSO, Google Workspace, and Slack with onboarding/offboarding workflows
- Manage office IT infrastructure including networking, AV, conference rooms, and on-site hardware
- Create and maintain IT documentation, runbooks, and self-service resources to support company growth
- Collaborate with Security, People, and Finance on access controls, compliance, and asset management
