Software Test Technician
About this role
Join RVTech to execute vehicle-level software testing across the full delivery lifecycle for next-generation electric vehicles. You'll manage test fleets, validate OTA releases, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure software quality from main-branch health checks through monthly release validation.
What you'll do
- Execute smoke, regression, and integration testing following structured test plans for both main-branch and release software
- Perform hands-on ad-hoc and exploratory testing to validate feature maturity and stability
- Manage test fleet operations including OTA updates, software configurations, and vehicle instrumentation for debug data collection
- Triage and collaborate on root cause analysis of vehicle-level issues with cross-functional teams
- Support test and technician community with vehicle preparation, maintenance, and issue debugging
- Drive testing activities across multiple vehicle programs and variants
