About this role
Abnormal AI is hiring a Software Engineer II to strengthen their Data Security team by building platform solutions that enforce authentication, authorization, and auditability principles. You'll design customer data governance systems, collaborate across engineering teams to integrate security into microservices, and leverage AI-native approaches to enhance security practices.
What you'll do
- Design and implement customer data governance solutions with security and privacy by design
- Develop platform solutions enforcing AAA (authentication, authorization, auditability) principles
- Lead impactful enhancements for the Data Security team across product and market expansion
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product engineering to integrate security best practices into microservice architecture
- Apply security principles and AI-native workflows to deliver technical solutions for end users and internal partners
- Reconcile platform, security, and privacy requirements to enable high-velocity software delivery
