You'll own the complete agent development lifecycle, partner directly with customers to understand their needs, and help shape the future of Sierra's AI platform.

What you'll do

  • Design, build, and ship production-grade AI agents that drive revenue and solve enterprise customer challenges
  • Own the complete Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot through deployment and continuous iteration
  • Work directly with enterprise and startup customers to understand business needs and translate them into AI agent solutions
  • Prototype and evaluate new platform features based on customer feedback and emerging needs
  • Experiment with cutting-edge AI models and voice systems to integrate at enterprise scale
  • Define best practices and standards for AI agent development across the organization
