Roadrunner is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with customers, translating their complex pricing and approval challenges into new product features. You'll own the entire delivery lifecycle, from discovery to production, and play a vital role in shaping the PQA platform by turning one-off solutions into scalable product features. What you'll do
- Embed with customers to understand their pricing and approval issues.
- Own technical delivery end-to-end, including scoping, building, and maintaining solutions.
- Transform customer-specific integrations into core product features.
- Deploy and tune AI agents to optimize quoting and deal approval workflows.
- Provide rapid feedback to the core team on product issues discovered in customer environments.
