About this role
Robinhood is seeking an Android Engineer for its Social team to build engaging, content-rich mobile experiences that connect traders through a creator-driven network. You'll develop end-to-end features using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, collaborating across product, design, and backend teams in a fast-moving fintech environment.
What you'll do
- Develop Android features for social trading experiences including feed, sharing, and onboarding flows
- Build and optimize UI components using Jetpack Compose and modern Android APIs
- Own features from conception through design, implementation, and production launch
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and data teams
- Maintain code quality and contribute to codebase improvements across the Android app
- Partner on end-to-end feature delivery rather than isolated component work
