Salesforce Applications Engineer

About this role

Robinhood seeks a Salesforce Applications Engineer to design and maintain internal platforms supporting customer support, marketing, and legal operations. You'll develop custom applications, integrations, and configurations using Apex, Lightning, and Visualforce while leveraging AI-assisted tools to accelerate development and ensure system reliability.

What you'll do

• Design and develop custom Salesforce applications, configurations, and integrations for internal operational systems
• Build and maintain Salesforce functionality using Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce to support workflows
• Participate in on-call rotation and resolve operational issues through incident response processes
• Translate business requirements from internal teams into scalable technical solutions
• Implement secure Salesforce configurations including permissions, custom objects, validation rules, and automation
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate Apex code and Salesforce metadata development
