This role combines rapid prototyping assessment with rigorous engineering standards, working across finance, HR, legal, and compliance to build enterprise software in a heavily regulated industry.
What you'll do
- Evaluate AI-built prototypes and determine whether to harden, rebuild, or redirect each concept
- Design and deploy enterprise services meeting full security, compliance, and reliability standards
- Leverage AI agents for code assessment, porting, and test scaffolding while maintaining high code quality
- Partner directly with business units to translate workflows into adopted software solutions
- Create operational handoff materials including runbooks, evaluations, and monitoring dashboards
- Collaborate with Enterprise Platforms team to codify repeatable patterns into reusable capabilities

- Backend or full-stack production system design and deployment
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with containerization and infrastructure-as-code
- CI/CD pipeline architecture and serverless infrastructure
- AI-native development with large language models and agentic tools
- Code review and hardening of AI-generated software

- Fintech or regulated industry compliance knowledge
