About this role

SambaNova is seeking a Customer Success Operations Engineer to build AI-first workflows and systems that power their customer success organization. You'll design and implement AI-powered automation across the customer lifecycle, manage the CS tech stack, and enable the team to leverage AI to replace manual work while maintaining human judgment where it matters most.

What you'll do

  • Design and own AI-powered workflows for onboarding, health scoring, renewal risk detection, QBR prep, and escalation triage
  • Evaluate, pilot, and implement AI tools within Gainsight, Salesforce, and automation platforms to reduce manual CSM work
  • Build AI-assisted reporting and insight generation to summarize account activity, flag churn risk, and generate customer-facing communications
  • Maintain and optimize the Customer Success tech stack including CRM, CS platforms, and AI/automation integrations
  • Create dashboards tracking health scores, renewals, churn, NPS/CSAT, and AI workflow performance metrics
  • Act as liaison between Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Data teams on tooling and AI adoption

  • Customer Success platform experience (Gainsight, Totango, ChurnZero, Vitally)
  • Data analysis and dashboard/reporting design
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and SQL (preferred)
  • Workflow automation and integration (Zapier, Workato, Make)
  • Process improvement and documentation
  • Training and team enablement
