About this role

Roblox seeks a Developer Engagement Representative based in the Philippines to build and nurture the local creator community. You'll organize events, manage developer partnerships, and support localization efforts while fostering a passionate ecosystem around the platform.

What you'll do

  • Master Roblox moderation rules and community guidelines
  • Identify, recruit, and maintain partnerships with developers to build a strong pipeline
  • Plan and execute online and offline events, workshops, and community initiatives
  • Manage programs from conception through completion with clear goal-setting and outcome measurement
  • Support translation and localization to ensure cultural relevance for global audiences
  • Refine team workflows and processes while following established procedures
