About this role
Roku is seeking a Software Engineer to design and develop large-scale data processing applications for the #1 TV streaming platform. You'll build data pipelines, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD processes while collaborating with product and engineering teams to deliver high-performance solutions.
What you'll do
- Research, design, and develop software programs for data processing applications
- Build data pipelines using Spark, Airflow, and Hive to process advertising data
- Develop RESTful APIs in Java with containerized deployment
- Configure CI/CD processes for data products and services
- Own feature development working directly with product and engineering teams
- Communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
