About this role
Samsara seeks an AI Engineer to build and maintain agentic AI solutions that enhance customer success at scale. You'll own the full lifecycle of AI agents—from design and testing through production deployment and continuous optimization—ensuring they remain reliable as products evolve and real-world performance data surfaces new needs.
What you'll do
- Design, build, test, and deploy agentic AI solutions for customer success use cases
- Own the full lifecycle of AI agents from prompt engineering through production maintenance
- Continuously iterate on agents as customer success playbooks and product features evolve
- Monitor real-world performance data and refine agents based on feedback and outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Success and Product to identify AI opportunities
- Ensure reliability and relevance of deployed agents over time
