About this role
Samsara seeks a Solutions Integration Engineer III to help enterprise customers build and deploy B2B integrations with its IoT platform. You'll map integration needs to APIs, develop custom solutions, provide technical guidance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful customer outcomes across transportation, manufacturing, and field services industries.

- Design and implement B2B integrations between customer systems and Samsara's IoT platform APIs
- Map customer integration requirements to current and planned API capabilities
- Provide technical training and best practice guidance to customer implementation teams
- Troubleshoot integration issues and collaborate with support teams on customer-reported bugs
- Advocate for product improvements based on customer needs and integration challenges
- Work cross-functionally with product, sales, operations, and systems engineering teams
