Join Schonfeld's AI Solutions team as a Forward Deployed Engineer, embedding with business stakeholders to design and deploy AI-powered workflows that automate manual processes across investment and enterprise functions. You'll own solutions end-to-end, from requirements through production, working with portfolio managers, researchers, and corporate teams to deliver high-impact AI tools using agentic workflows and modern AI technologies.

What you'll do

  • Partner with business stakeholders to define features and build AI solutions that automate manual workflows
  • Design and implement agentic AI workflows that continuously analyze market data, filings, emails, and other sources to surface investment insights
  • Develop AI agents, prompts, and workflow templates with customizations for portfolio managers and end users
  • Own delivery end-to-end from requirements through production, UAT, and post-launch iteration
  • Gather requirements directly from non-engineering users and iterate based on real feedback
  • Contribute reusable patterns and best practices back to the AI Platforms team
