What you'll do

  • Spend significant hands-on time operating robotic systems via VR, joystick, and control interfaces while setting execution standards
  • Onboard, train, and evaluate teleoperation operators while establishing consistent quality and data standards
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, training materials, QA processes, and operational documentation systems
  • Act as primary liaison between operations and engineering teams, surfacing operator feedback and flagging systematic issues
  • Monitor data quality metrics, maintain training logs, and investigate cross-team feedback patterns
  • Identify operator errors and edge cases, escalating with structured context to support system improvements
