About this role

Seurat Technologies seeks a Systems Engineer to support the development and operation of their advanced metal additive manufacturing systems. You'll bridge design and production by operating cutting-edge printers, conducting process experiments, troubleshooting equipment, and collaborating with engineering teams to improve system performance.

What you'll do

  • Operate metal additive manufacturing printers and conduct design of experiments for process optimization
  • Troubleshoot printing issues, make real-time adjustments, and generate operation reports
  • Perform equipment maintenance, repair, and pre/post-printing procedures including chamber cleaning and powder loading
  • Manage printing supplies and consumables inventory
  • Coordinate technical deliverables across product development programs and engineering departments
  • Oversee prototype construction, testing, verification, and validation with cross-functional teams
