- Lead product demos, technical presentations, and RFP responses for merchant stakeholders
- Guide merchant mobile app integrations including SDK implementation, in-app checkout, and native versus webview handoff strategies
- Validate integrations in sandbox and production, troubleshoot live issues, and communicate technical narratives back to merchants
- Translate recurring merchant needs into product feedback and advocate for fixes that unlock revenue
- Build integration documentation, runbooks, and enablement materials to help the team scale
What they're looking for
- Solutions engineering or sales engineering (4+ years customer-facing technical role)
- Mobile SDK integrations on iOS and Android
- REST APIs, webhooks, and API documentation analysis
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- E-commerce platform expertise (Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, WooCommerce, or Wix)
- E-commerce workflows (cart, checkout, payment authorization, refunds, shipping)
- Technical communication to non-technical audiences
- Enterprise integration and multi-stakeholder project management
